Ryan Relei founded RSR Construction Advisors to help owners navigate complex development and construction projects with greater clarity and confidence. His career began in construction management, where he developed a practical understanding of how projects are built in the field. Over time, he gained experience representing both owners and general contractors, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the financial, technical, and operational challenges that influence project success.

In addition to his construction experience, Ryan served on the Tuolumne County Planning Commission, where he worked directly with land use, zoning, and entitlement matters. This role provided valuable insight into the regulatory process and the public-private coordination required to move projects from concept to approval.

By combining the strategic perspective of an owner, the technical expertise of a builder, and a working knowledge of the entitlement process, Ryan provides clients with objective guidance and disciplined oversight from due diligence through project closeout.
